Jay Pharoah's performance as Shaquille O'Neal was very good

This wasn't an entirely bad edition of "Weekend Update." Three good jokes and decent performances. This was probably Cecily Strong's best night so far as Seth Meyers' co-anchor. Kate McKinnon was also good. Though the writing for segment as well as Thompson's and Pharoah's piece as well wasn't great. But, the weak material was improved by some good performances.
