I'm guessing this is meant to be poking fun at her show "Scandel"

So basically the joke of this monologue is Kerry Washington helping out scandel-rplagued castmembers. I did like Washington's joke that Vanessa Bayer has played Miley Cyrus enough already. That's two sketches where SNL has made fun of itself tonight. Will we be seeing a third?
